Refund and shipping policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase Fatore gems. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the jewellery product subject to the following conditions:

Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we will be unable to accept returns.

Product Condition: The jewellery product must be returned in its original condition, unworn, undamaged, and with all original tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product shows signs of wear, damage, or alterations.

Return Authorization: Prior to returning the product, you must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number from our customer service team. Please contact our customer service within the specified timeframe to initiate the return process. Returns without a valid RA number may be rejected.

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product. We cannot be held liable for any lost or damaged items during the return shipping process. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund or Exchange: You may choose between a refund or an exchange for eligible returned items. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase. If you opt for an exchange, we will process the exchange once we receive the returned product and verify its compliance with the return conditions.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

a. Contact our customer service team within the specified timeframe to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
b. Securely package the jewelry product in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
c. Clearly write the provided RA number on the outside of the package.
d. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

Processing Time: Once we receive the returned product, please allow 3-7 days for our team to inspect the item and process your refund or exchange. We will notify you via email regarding the status of your return.

Exceptions and Discrepancies: We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images on our website. However, there may be slight variations in color, texture, or appearance due to factors such as monitor settings or natural characteristics of gemstones. Such variations do not constitute eligible reasons for returns.

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective jewelry product, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
